At Wildcard we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering for a class or event.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled class or event start time.

Requests made more than 24 hours before the class or event may receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Class Credits

Within 24 hours of the scheduled class or event, refunds are no longer available.

If you are unable to attend within 24 hours of the class or event, a class credit will be issued instead.

Class credits may be used toward a future class or event with Wildcard.

Requests must be received within the applicable time frame to be eligible.
Event Changes or Cancellations
If a class or event is canceled by us, you will be offered the option of a refund or class credit.
Non Transferable
Refunds and class credits are non transferable and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website.
