By attending a class, workshop, or event hosted by Wildcard, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the event.

You grant Wilcard permission to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any photos or recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, or archival purposes, including use on our website, social media, and advertising materials, without compensation.

If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify an instructor or staff member prior to the start of the class or event, and we will accommodate your request.

Attendance and Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others, without refund.

Participants are expected to follow posted rules and venue guidelines.
